It can be laid bonded, un-bonded, or floating, with a composition of 1:5 sand & cement mix. With no additives, it offers a basic form of floor screeds, typically achieving a strength of 15-20N/mm2.
The depth of the floor-screed ranges from 25mm to 100mm+, depending on the sub-base and floor construction. Premixed options are available to streamline the process. Daily outputs of 100m2 - 200m2 per day can be achieved with efficiency and the right expertise.
